Shipping Policy

After an order is placed, an email regarding confirmation of purchase will be sent to the consumer using the email provided.

Vino e Cucina Cantina ships to all locations in Australia. However, shipping time may vary between 2 and 10 days depending on your location.

A standard shipping rate of $20 will apply to all purchases made within NSW, QLD, SA, NT, ACT, VIC and TAS. For all orders placed within WA, please contact us directly to receive a shipping cost as shipping rates vary and we are unable to guarantee a standard shipping rate.

Vino e Cucina Cantina, ships all orders on a Monday between the hours of 9am to 5pm. Please allow 2 to 10 business days for the wine to arrive after this day. This policy is put in place to avoid leaving wines in transit over the weekend and risking spoiling the quality of the wine. Therefore, if an order is placed during the week on a Tuesday to Sunday, the order will not be shipped until the Monday that follows.

In cases of extreme weather conditions - such as floods or heatwaves - orders will be withheld until we are presented with move favourable weather conditions and can guarantee safety of the wine. In these unfortunate circumstances, we will contact you directly to inform you on the status of your order.

We do not ship to cities outside of Australia.

Return Policy

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law: “Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.”

In the event that your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will cheerfully refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, and Vino e Cucina Cantina is at fault, we will cover the cost of delivery for the return. That is, if the wrong product is delivered, there is a fault with the product (including any damage caused in transit) or Vino e Cucina Cantina has breached a consumer guarantee. In all other circumstances, including change of mind, the delivery charge will be paid the consumer.

In the event that your product must be returned to us, please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed, after the product has been received.

You cannot change or cancel an order after it has first been placed. If you do wish to change or cancel your order please contact us. If we agree to you changing or cancelling your order after it has been placed, we may do so subject to you providing proof of purchase, the ordered products being in their original condition and packaging and to you agree to pay an amount we request on account for our reasonable costs of processing the change or cancellation.

Every attempt will be made to accommodate your request. However, unfortunately no guarantee can be given once an order has been placed.
